Responsibilities:
Log in to our e-commerce platform to review and process incoming online orders.
Accurately pick merchandise from the store inventory to fulfill orders.
Carefully prepare and package orders, ensuring products are secure and presented in line with Jacadi Paris standards.
Print shipping labels and ensure correct labeling of packages.
Assist in managing inventory by updating stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in the store.
Work closely with the store team to ensure a seamless fulfillment process.
Adhere to all store policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Efficiently process returned merchandise, including inspection, inventory updating, and restocking.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in retail, warehouse, or a similar role is preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate e-commerce platforms.
Good physical stamina; able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work varied hours/days, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
