Sr. Data Control Analyst at CSL Limited in Summit, NJ
Principal Accountabilities Create or maintain new master data records in the customer master system and contract administrative systems. Reading and interpreting price and contract requests for product orders and returns Collaborating with contracts, pricing, finance, sales and customer operations teams to ensure all tasks are complete, accurate and timely Demonstrate expertise in service and administrative functions, including in-depth knowledge of complex features and processing systems Operate at a high level to consistently meet or exceed business unit quality and productivity standards Follow established policies and procedures and make recommendations to gain operational efficiencies Analyse data for performance trends, significant variances and opportunities for improvement Responsible for regularly auditing integrity of reported data Possess in-depth knowledge of business systems, workflows and downstream impacts Lead efforts with the eCommerce team to ensure best practices are being followed for account creation/updates/pricing Drive efforts aligning with the strategic priorities by working directly with project leads to execute on project elements Suggest, design and implement long term reporting needs for internal and external partners. Facilitate reoccurring meetings with IT partners to review system performance and paint points Assist in testing new systems and processes, as requested by Management Embrace and support change to move organization forward in support of strategic goals Serve as key member of multiple cross functional projects and strategic initiatives Calculate, report and analysis of product returns, communicating with all key partners to ensure awareness and agreement on approach and timing of credits. Model behaviour that builds relationships with customers, internal and field partners to develop loyalty and enhance customer experience Assist Customer Account Analysts with critical questions or fix on fail solutions to ensure customer setup or credit setup does not delay customer shipments, offering solutions on how to proactively mitigate issues. Write test cases, scripts and testing of new systems Additional projects as needed Qualifications BA/BS required, relevant business experience around order to cash processes and analytics preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated industry, experience with vaccines and/or biologics products is desirable Experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment, preferably 2 years
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
