PT Flexible Hours M-F For Twins (June Start)

They are searching for a long term, part time, live out nanny/household manager for boy/girl twins due in February.
The schedule:
SUPER FLEXIBLE No set days- anything between Monday-Friday 20 hours total between the hours of 9am-5pm The ideal start date is in June and the family is hoping for a long term commitment.
Mom is due with the twins in February.
After the babies arrive home from the hospital there will be a night nurse assisting them for approximately four months and is expected to leave around June.
Mom is a stay at home parent, but with twins she knows it will be harder for her to run out for errands and to get things done around the house.
Very rarely Mom and Dad may travel together and Grandma will stay with the twins but will need the nanny's assistance.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Multiples experience is a plus, infant experience is required Ability to supervise in the water (there will be a pool in the new home and possibly swim lessons) Household- only tasks that pertain to the children Driving is not currently required, but it's possible long term Covid vaccinated and boosted, flu
TDap required Dad works a hybrid schedule- he has a home office for most of the week and then travels when he isn't home The family has 1 65lb golden retriever.
The family has a dog walker but would really appreciate a nanny who can help with the dog walking.
The family is offering a generous weekly pay based on the guaranteed hours along with paid vacations, holidays, and sick/personal days.
