3 Quick Apply Full-time Full Job Description Program Assistant/ Home Health Aide for Spend-A-Day Medical Adult Daycare SAGE Eldercare, a well-established, community-based, nonprofit organization that offers a comprehensive array of services to older adults and their caregivers, is seeking compassionate and energetic Program Assistants for the Spend-A-Day Medical Adult Daycare Program.
Our Program Assistants provide support to participants with daily program activities.
Program Assistants support participants with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as mobility supervision and toileting.
Program Assistant works with multidisciplinary team to engage participant groups with recreational programming.

Qualifications:
Certified Home Health Aide (New Jersey) Experience working with older adults in a medical setting Ability to work with dementia or dementia-related disorders Strong communication skills to interact with participants and caregivers Ability to facilitate groups and encourage participation in activities Job Type:
