We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization, including overseeing administrative tasks, managing staff, and coordinating with other departments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the executive team.
Maintain a filing system and database of records.
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers.
Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
