Contract Duration:
24 Months Required Skills & Experience 5
years related business analysis / design.
1 year diverse network experience 2 years exp in tech project management Experience tracking and reporting milestones including key deliverables and due date.
Knowledge in Datacenter Networking technologies including IP routing, switching, cloud networking, network security, VPN.
Demonstrable experience of engaging partners and other stakeholders to support important business decisions.
Demonstrated thought leadership and have experience engaging with senior leaders and managers.
Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills Desired Skills & Experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Proficient with Atlassian Jira Experience working in Agile methodology with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, document progress.
Experience and familiarity with Change control processes - Service Now What You Will Be Doing Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems.
Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements.
Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems.
Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions.
Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes.
Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables.
Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams.
Responsible for business partner engagement, planning, research, and coordination of business-to-business network connection solution decisions.
Coordinate execution of network changes via change control process, assist on mitigating risk by proactively addressing capacity problems or system related issues, participate in enterprise level projects from a network perspective.
