Sr. Director, National Accounts

This is a remote position.
The Opportunity:
The Sr.
Director, National Accounts manages all aspects of CSL Seqirus business across key National Account segments across the US, including, but not limited to, Retail, Wholesalers, Distributors, Long-Term Care Pharmacy Service Groups, and Service Providers.
You will achieve annual revenue totaling over $700m through negotiating annual contracts across 50
customers (many of which total $100m+).
You will lead a team of National Account Managers in the development of channel and customer-specific strategic plans and builds and maintains executive level relationships across all major National Accounts.
You will work in close collaboration with key partners in Marketing, Customer Operations, Medical, Pricing and Contracting.
You will influence senior leadership on the strategy and tactical execution of Core Business Objectives.
The Role:
Lead the US National Accounts team to achieve sales volume, revenue and/or profitability targets.
Develop commercial strategies and business plans for short- and medium-term (up to 3 years) impact on the growth of the business.
Influence peers in pricing and contracting to set pricing and terms targets that are appropriate to meet our business objectives.
Influence marketing peers to develop cohesive plans to support the National Account Managers customer and channel objectives.
Lead team to develop highly analytic and cross-functional business cases & proposals for specific customer contract offers that are following financial targets.
Lead team in negotiations with customers to achieve CSL Seqirus strategic and financial targets in the US Flu market.
Monitor complex market dynamics across channels as well as communicate implications to peers and senior leadership.
Build a team of advanced National Account Managers and continue to progress their development to meet US business objectives.
Develop relationships with key National Account customers, such as Wholesaler, Distributor and Retail customers.
Oversee and resolve complex channel conflicts, accounting issues, chargeback issues, and other challenges that occur across the US business.
Serves as a strategic and key member of the US Sales Leadership TeamBuilds a team culture and provides guidance to NAMs, RAMs and Field Sales team on meeting their objectives.
Represents the CSL Seqirus Customer Experience vision internally and externally.
Drive strategic account approach that enables a greater customer experience across key customers.
Act as the voice of the customer with internal stakeholders to build CSL Seqirus' acumen on customer challenges.
Executes business solutions at customers that help enhance CSL Seqirus' partnership within primary channels.
Acts as a resource for NAMS, RAMs, RSMs and VSSs in all aspects of their negotiations with customer accounts.
Motivate and evaluate team members to full potential by setting challenging yet attainable goals based on customer strategic plans and targets.
Plan and monitors annual budget effectively according to company and Commercial Operations budgeting procedures.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of flu season.
Liaises with Contracts, Customer Operations, Legal, HR, Market Access, and Finance to ensure successful outcomes for responsible channels.
Uses available resources to improve national account management skillsets and liaises with marketing team to develop pull-through plans and programs/service offeringsYour Skills and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Policy, Life Sciences or equivalent years' experience.
15 years' experience in healthcare/pharmaceuticals with special focus on Sales, Marketing, and/or Account Management7 years' experience leading and managing teamsSignificant experience in strategic, tactical/brand marketing and sales management in various organizations.
