Summary:
We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Assistant to join our team at Ethos Aesthetics
Wellness.
As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a vital role in capturing engaging content within Ethos Aesthetics
Wellness multiple locations and assisting in the management of our social media platforms.
Your primary responsibility will be to curate, create, and schedule content that effectively promotes our services, engages our audience, and enhances our brand presence online.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Capture high-quality photos and videos showcasing various aspects of our MedSpa, including treatments, facilities, staff, and client experiences.
Develop creative concepts for social media content that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Edit and enhance photos and videos to ensure they are visually appealing and on-brand.
Social Media Management:
Assist in the management of all social media platforms (e.
g.
, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with our audience.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance and reach.
Community Engagement:
Foster a sense of community and engagement among our followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor conversations surrounding our brand online and proactively address any issues or concerns raised by our audience.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and promotions that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Coordinate with other departments within Ethos Aesthetics
Wellness to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is shared on social media platforms.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze key metrics (e.
g.
, reach, engagement, conversion) to measure the effectiveness of our social media efforts.
Prepare regular reports summarizing performance insights and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
Strong photography and videography skills, with proficiency in photo and video editing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.
