Our Landscape Operations & Account Manager is a key player in the growth of our company and our ability to provide excellent service to our garden maintenance customers.
The salary range is $60,000-$65,000 annually based on experience and includes health insurance (100% coverage for the employee) and paid time off.
Position will visit client locations throughout the region.
Requirements for Landscape Operations & Account Manager:
3
years of landscape maintenance account management or operations management experience; Experience leading multiple crews including coaching, developing, scheduling routes, and ensuring high quality outcomes; Strong plant or horticulture knowledge.
Responsibilities of Landscape Operations & Account Manager, including but not limited to:
Operations Management Serving as a member of our growing leadership team; Coaching, Developing and managing 2-3 garden maintenance crews; Creating and communicating crew schedules and daily routes; Completing quality control oversight of all maintenance accounts.
Account Management Developing strong client relationships with our garden maintenance clients to deliver amazing client experiences; Communicating with clients regarding schedules, questions, issues and updates on their gardens; Selling garden enhancement projects, lighting options to existing clients and maintenance contracts to new clients.
