Summary:
The Director of US Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing local business plans in collaboration with regional business directors (RBDs), regional and local congress/scientific meeting planning and thought leader engagement nationally and regionally.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with the RBDs to identify growth opportunities for the business at a regional or local level and develop engagement & tactical plans (personal and non-personal) to drive improved performance.
Work closely with RBDs and the key account management team on account plans for key accounts nationally.
Deepen thought leader engagement this individual will identify and prioritize multiple myeloma thought leaders, develop a deep understanding of thought leaders needs and, in tandem with RBDs and DBMs, develop engagement plans leveraging BMS cross-functional teams.
Identify and prioritize regional and local congresses/scientific meetings and develop engagement plans accordingly.
This includes coordinating with internal stakeholders (sales, congress team, marketing/engagement planning team) to ensure marketing presence (booth, NPP, product theatres, etc), and managing thought leader engagement at each congress/scientific meeting.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical experience with a background in marketing, and/or sales and market access.
Experience in multiple myloma is preferredDemonstrated track record as a sales manager preferredTrack record for driving brand performance through collaboration and strategic thinking.
Strong communication skills to provide expectations and strategic vision for other functions.
Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment.
Demonstrated learning agility and ability manage multiple tasks.
Track record for driving results by staffing, building and managing teams.
Proven team player with ability to navigate and collaborate cross functionally.
