Responsibilities:
> ? Plan, direct, or coordinate project activities within the Finance
> Center initiative ? Develop and manage detailed project plans and
> schedules using established standards ? Gather metrics, and develop
> reports to monitor and track project benefits ? Provide leadership,
> and direction to assigned project teams, including scheduling,
> assignment of work and review of project efforts ? Proactively monitor
> project plans (milestones and critical path dates), identifying,
> escalating, and resolving issues and assessing variances ? Manage
> project issues and risks, make contingency plans to manage issues that
> pose risk to budget, time delivery or functionality, and escalate to
> the Senior Program Manager and IT Leads for the respective work-stream
> ? Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with project
> sponsors, vendors and key clients ? Work with all levels of staff and
> management to communicate project progress and results ? Conduct regular weekly meetings with project participants ?
> Contribute to executive reporting and dashboards for the O&S program
> of projects ? Provide regular status updates / presentations to Senior
> Program Manager, IT Leads, and Project Manager for the impacted

> ? Bachelors degree required

> experience encompassing Business analysis, Requirements gathering,
> Architecture, Application Development, Database Design, or Infrastructure.
> ? Must have excellent verbal and written communication and
> presentation skills ? Must have excellent interpersonal,
> collaborative, and relationship building skills ? Must have strong
> analytical and problem solving skills, and attention to detail ?
> Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time, with
> ability to effectively multi-task ? Proficient in MS Project or
> equivalent PM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) ?
> Proficient Project management skills including financial/budget
> management, scheduling and resource management, and meeting
> facilitation skills ? Capable of handling multiple diverse and complex assignments concurrently.
> ? Experience with shifting priorities, demands and time lines.
> ? Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary
> teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals ? Experience managing
> projects in an Onshore/Offshore model preferred.
> ? Experience coordinating with an Enterprise Project Management Office
> (Enterprise PMO) across the life cycle of multiple projects ?
> Knowledge and experience in systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies ?
> International or global experience preferred ? Experience in the
> insurance or financial services industry preferred Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
