Candidate must have extensive experience working on complex M&A transactions and licensing deals in the pharmaceuticals industry. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 10
years of mergers and acquisition and licensing experience from a top tier law firm and/or in-house counsel experience. Candidates with previous management experience are preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
