Junior Account Executive

Boutique Digital Marketing Agency in Northern New Jersey seeks a Junior Account Executive with 1-2 years experience. Must be a strategic thinker, self-starter and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to land strong coverage.
Primary Objective:
This position is focused on the strategic management of our clients and projects and in turn organically growing business. This is not a sales or business development position.
Responsibilities:
- Manages projects (timeline creation and budgeting)
- Partner on development and implementation of communication strategies, plans and launches that align with client's objective
- Maintain and grow client relationships
- Becomes an expert in all aspects our clients' business
- Communicates accurately and keeps the team and client informed on progress in accordance with agreed processes, ensuring expectations are managed and any issues are escalated in a timely fashion
- Becomes an expert in our clients' Medical/Legal/Regulatory review processes
- Supports senior team, ensuring internal processes are followed (scheduling/coordination of meetings, and logistics).
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years experience account executive role (general advertising or interactive advertising with a preference for healthcare experience)
- Attention to detail and self-accountability
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects on time
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good communicator with a combination of listening, speaking, and business writing skills
- Presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
