Cross-selling Bank products and/or making referrals of Bank services. Working both the lobby and drive-up. Reconciling and replenishing an ATM. Operating a cash dispenser, recycler or coin machine. Scanning daily work, and keeping apprised of Bank policies and procedures (Customer Service Standards, Regulatory, Security, etc.) . May be required to stand for extended periods of time throughout shift. Will use computer for assisting customers with their inquires and transactions, tracking cross-selling, entering time worked, various bank testing, and other applications as needed. Requirements: A minimum of three months related experience is required. Previous teller experience would be a plus. Must have excellent math skills in order to accurately balance cash drawer on a daily basis. Must be willing and able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs. (coin trays/bags) as well as push/pull a teller drawer and raise extended arm above shoulder height for accessing drive thru tubes. Candidate must possess strong customer service skills in order to proficiently cross-sell Bank products to the public in a friendly and courteous manner. Must be professional, responsible, and reliable/dependable in his/her work performance and attendance. Must be willing and able to attend required training as scheduled in Oak Ridge, NJ. Excellent communication skills to openly and effectively interact with customers, co-workers, supervisors, and other Bank personnel. Candidate must be able to work well in a team environment and must be able to maintain professionalism regardless of customer demeanor. Must be willing and able to work various hours as assigned (open/close branch). Must be willing and able to work in branch locations within a reasonable distance from assigned location on a temporary basis, as required. Must be bondable. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
